FØREST FIRES – The Fire, The Light, The Sun

FØREST FIRES, Pedro Barceló’s solo project, released a few days ago The Fire, The Light, The Sun, an EP that differs from anything he has released before, as they were created to add vocals, in particular female vocals and each track with a different voice. Nancy Knox is featured on The Fire, Queen Paimon performs on The Light and Sara Inglês sings on The Sun.

These voices offer an uplifting approach within a harsh and powerful sonic environment, based on intense textures and overwhelming rhythms. This release, in addition to these three singers, also features João Vairinhos on drums and percussion. João is one of the members of the Portuguese band Löbo, a group to which Pedro Barceló himself also belongs.

The Fire, The Light, The Sun also includes a video of the second track of this EP.
