Free fall – Goa Goa

Free fall is a new French project, based in the city of Tours, with very little repertoire but with very good sensations. After listening to the track with which they present themselves, we can get an idea of the level and style of this new band founded last year.

Free fall es un nuevo proyecto francés, ubicado en la ciudad de Tours, con muy poco repertorio pero, con muy buenas sensaciones. Y es que después de escuchar la pista con la que se presentan, podemos hacernos una idea del nivel y el estilo de esta nueva banda fundada el pasado año.

Free Fall is made up of three members: guitar, bass and drums. According to the musicians themselves, their influences are due to bands like La Jungle, Model Actriz, The Psychotic Monks, Sonic youth and Gilla Band, although the sound and style of Goa Goa, the only track released to date, may remind us of some cult bands like Jayhawks or the post-punk of the late 80s.

Free fall está compuesto por tres miembros: guitarra, bajo y batería. Según los propios músicos, sus influencias se deben a bandas como La jungle, Model Actriz, The Psychotic Monks, Sonic youth y Gilla Band, aunque el sonido y estilo de Goa Goa, única pista publicada hasta la fecha, nos pueden recordar a algunas bandas de culto como Jayhawks o al post-punk de finales de los 80.

After a first self-produced demo in November 2023, Free fall will soon release their first official single, of which we hope to have news soon.

Tras una primera maqueta autoproducida en noviembre de 2023, Free fall lanzará en breve su primer single oficial, del cual esperamos tener pronto noticias.
