HYPERWUMP – Cosmic Swirly Thang [Black Box Recordings]

HYPERWUMP is the new duo formed by Rodrigo Passannanti (Hypercube) and Craig Manga (Modwump). Two artists with a very personal style and also, perfectly identifiable in each of the projects. Hypercube has a very electronic sound, highly technological IDM and with a lot of details. Modwump is an artist with an enormous capacity to create complex rhythmic structures, so the fusion of both in the same project is the perfect combination, as it adds the dynamism of Modwump to the highly radioactive frequencies of Hypercube.

Cosmic Swirly Thang is the debut album of this new project in which the sound designs are extreme and expand to unsuspected limits, a synaptic odyssey through the bowels of the most advanced or malevolent minds, as interpreted by the listener. 

In addition to its attractive sound and its solidity, the album contains 20 tracks, of which the first 11 are original and the rest are versions, so we can enjoy a good time and check the versatility of this new project, because each cut is a very different story from the rest, but at the same time is perfectly assignable to the sound so peculiar to both.
