Iron Sight – Chapter Three, Tears of the Phoenix [Strange Therapy]

Iron Sight debuted on Strange Therapy in January 2019 with an album that anticipated more than one participation in this label. Chapter One, Decade began a sonic adventure that ended in just a few days, as he released a second chapter later that year and hinted at a new instalment in the future.

Now, a year and a half after releasing the second chapter, Iron Sight, alias of Isak Hansen, returns again with a third instalment that concludes this series of releases. With Chapter Three, Tears of the Phoenix, the Danish producer closes his sonic history and continues to showcase his signature style with his very personal brand of modern noise music. This chapter contains total annihilation, fragmented and broken imperfect glimpses of violated structures. Brutal vocals muse on post-modern social and human drama – reaching droning undertones and convoluted distortions in an experimental yet coherent path full of corrosive but engrossing elements of despair.
