Kalter Ende – Mixed States EP [SUB TL]

SUB_tl once again places its trust with Kalter Ende, the Spanish producer returns to the Madrid label with a heterogeneous EP of crafted production.

Cyclothymia is the first cut, made of crispy hi frequency percs, flanged synth lines and a solid kick all wrapped in a constantly moving arrangement. Depression adds textures and reverberated passages over a punchy kick, alien obsessed sequences join soon plus resonant bleeps, all spiced with different electronic percussion layers.

Hyperactivity follows, more subbass action than in the previous cuts, filtered components, panned synth lines, all melting and reshaping constantly. Closing the release Hyperthymia, showing the opaque side of the EP, filtered white noise lines, FM sequences and a deeper approach.
