Teorema – April 9th, 2022 [Warehouse, Barcelona]
Teorema is a festival that was born as a concept where creativity is broken down to show the public an elaboration process based on research and the externalisation of an idea, a presentation that reveals the development of a work, from experimentation to its conclusion, separating each ingredient and explaining to the audience some of the steps to follow. An arduous task that requires determination and perseverance, and which analyses everything from the staging to the components necessary to carry out this artistic expression.
This year Teorema adopts Newton’s theory and focuses on the creation of a multidisciplinary space to foster the law of attraction between participants and artists. This approach to the public is created through direct dialogue and meaningful interaction between participants, reducing the distance of particles to empower the gravitational force of human interconnection.
Teorema is not a conventional festival, it is a gathering expressly aimed at the local market and at increasing the potential of new talents, activities that aim to foster ingenuity, plurality and collaboration, to create a solid movement and producer base. Teorema becomes the constant of a formula that wants to counteract the polarisation of today’s society, where human beings are the central equation for the manifestation of their inherent power of connection.
