Sarin – Moral Cleansing [BITE]

Since Emad Dabiri moved his residence from Toronto to Berlin in 2014, we have seen him involved in various projects and very active on the European industrial scene. X-IMG is the label that he founds in 2015, a label that he directs and that includes his own releases as well as collaborations, but Dibiri combines this recording activity with three more projects such as Human Performance Lab, formation created in 2013 that he shares with Matthew Cangiano, also with Konkurs, duo that he forms with Joey González (Blush Response), and more recently, he forms Nostromo with the Athenian Manos Simotas.

But no matter how many parallel projects Dabiri is involved in, his solo career progresses equally and in a few days, he will publish a new release. On this occasion, the Iranian producer returns to the extensive format with a new album that he signs as Sarin, alias with which he has already published previously in labels like the Spanish B.F.E. and the Germans Aufnahme + Wiedergabe and BITE. And it is precisely with this last label that he publishes ‘Moral Cleansing’, 8 tracks in which we find influences from the new EBM sounds, with powerful bass lines and exuberant perscussive elements of which it is worth highlighting the great depth of their drums.
