German Army – Biloxi [Soil Records]

German Army returns three years later to Soil Records with a new album in which he once again stages his particular musical vision, since one of his singularities is his ability to create a unique environment in which he mixes industrial music with traditional folklore, as well as always working with degraded sound treatments.

Although we know that German Army is an American project, it has always kept its identity hidden, so we don’t know if it is a single anonymous artist, or rather a band or a group of authors working under the same name. What we do know, however, is that his musical argument is extended with a profound message to the whole society that lives without questioning the poor health of our planet or paying too much attention to the part of the population that is subdued, suffering collateral damage derived from political or racial conflicts.

Biloxi is an album that refers to the native culture of the United States; to its cities, rivers, languages and ancestral tribes.
