Susurration – Gender is a Battlefield
In addition to EBM and Darkwave, many other styles flow into Susurration‘s music. The project has been active since 2010, but has redefined itself in terms of sound and content after the corona pandemic. While the album “1000 Stäbe” (Release December 2021) was rather melancholic and introverted, the upcoming album “Make Love Like War” (Release: September 2022) represents the outbreak forward.
The third pre-single “Gender is a Battlefield” revolves around the inner and outer struggles of finding one’s identity and is a declaration of war on homophobia. The unrelenting marching rhythm and the driving bass lines make this track an aggressive thunderstorm of sound. If that’s not enough for the dance floor, Susurration provides an exclusive club mix with the “Laser Pride Edit”.
